Solid lampshade focused on the rough texture of compressed molded Washi
Usual Washi lampshades are effectively made to allow sensitive light through the soft Washi sheets; however, WASHI MOLD_Lampshade / Natural in contrast uses thickly compressed and molded Washi. It is possible to make any pattern of light through the shade by controlling the thickness in the process of compression molding, creating an effect that usual Washi lampshades cannot express.

和紙を圧縮成型し、凹凸のあるテクスチャにフォーカスしたソリッドなランプシェード。通常のランプは和紙を透過する柔らかな紙と光の表情を活かしたランプが多いが、WASHI MOLD Lampshade / Natural は厚みを持つ和紙の圧縮成型。成型方法によって薄い部分と厚い部分を作り、光の柄を浮かび上がらせるなど、これまでの和紙照明には無い光の表情が期待出来る。
